LIONCOURT HOMES UNVEILS NEW DEVELOPMENT IN RUSHWICK

Multi award-winning housebuilder, Lioncourt Homes, has unveiled a new development which will deliver 120 homes off Claphill Lane in Rushwick, just four miles from the city of Worcester.

Named The Green, the development includes a variety of two, three, four and five bedroom homes, designed for people on all stages of the property ladder.

As part of the launch, Lioncourt Homes opened the doors to a five bedroom ‘The Rosewood’ show home and three bedroom ‘The Ash’ view home, allowing visitors to walk around the new homes for the first time.

The Rosewood has been designed with the modern family in mind, boasting a stylish open plan kitchen, dining and family room, separate utility, spacious living room, and an additional reception room that has been styled as a music room.

The Green is one of two new developments that Lioncourt Homes launched this week, as the housebuilder embarks on an ambitious growth plan for 2025, increasing its output by 35% compared to 2024.

Colin Cole, Chief Executive at Worcester-based Lioncourt Homes, said: “We’ve started the year as we mean to go on, with the opening of not one, but two new developments: The Green in Rushwick and The Croft in Keresley, near Coventry.

“We are passionate about delivering sustainable homes that will help to meet demand in the local area and we are confident that our new developments will do just that.”

Potential homeowners can choose from 10 house types at The Green, with prices starting from £275,000 for a two bedroom property.

Colin continued: “The Green has launched at a favourable time for first time buyers, who are currently facing the final months to take advantage of the current Stamp Duty savings available. I would encourage anyone hoping to buy their first home in 2025 to come and have a look around our new show home to get a flavour of what we’re building.”

Until 31st March 2025, first-time buyers will pay no Stamp Duty on homes up to £425,000, however from April 2025, the exemption will drop to £300,000.

Customers will also benefit from the many sustainable features included within the new homes, such as air source heat pumps, EV charging points and underfloor heating to the ground floor is available on selected homes, exceeding current building requirements.

Additionally, The Green will include large areas of natural grassland and several ponds, designed to help encourage local wildlife to flourish.

The new show home and view home at The Green are now open seven days a week, from 10am to 5.30pm.
