For us, that’s when the real work begins – we design houses because we want them to become homes, and our customer support team is dedicated to helping you settle in as quickly as possible.

On your first day in your new home, you’ll find a welcome pack ready for you. Inside will be a range of useful information and other bits and pieces to make your first days that little bit easier.

Our customer service team is based at Lioncourt’s head offices, and in constant contact with every on-site team across all our developments. This gives them, and you, the best of both worlds: instant access to everything that Lioncourt’s housebuilding experts can offer, and intimate knowledge of every site and every house in our portfolio.

That’s why they’ll be on hand throughout the first weeks and months of living in your new home, to help identify and remedy any snags or issues you experience. We don’t demand you let us know straight away or within seven days – we know that it takes time to get to know a home, and we don’t want to rush you.

We aim, though, to ensure that everything in your new home is as you want as quickly as possible, and within the first few months wherever possible. Our customer service team are only ever a call away for advice, to answer questions or to book in a tradesperson if you need a fix – you can consider them your one-stop shop for making your house ever more like a home.
