Behind the Build at The Croft in Keresley marks a first for Lioncourt Homes. Designed to give customers a comprehensive, behind-the-scenes look at every aspect of creating a Lioncourt home. This initiative aims to inform and guide customers through the entire process, showcasing the care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that goes into every home we build.

Signage and labels are strategically placed throughout to guide you from room to room, offering additional insights along the way. You’ll find interesting facts and figures, such as the average number of bricks required to build your home, the number of contractors involved in the process, and key energy-saving features that help reduce costs throughout your home.

From start to finish

Take a journey through the internal build process, starting on the ground floor with key points of interest, then progressing to the first floor which presents a seamless flow from one room to the next. Move clockwise from an early-stage bathroom onto the unfinished stage room, the ‘first fix’, ‘second fix’ and conclude with a fully finished room. As you move explore each room you’ll gain an in-depth understanding of the construction process, with insights into details you may have never seen before.
