LIONCOURT HOMES REVEALS FIRST LOOK OF NEW HOMES IN KERESLEY

Award-winning housebuilder, Lioncourt Homes has revealed the first look of its new homes being delivered off Bennets Road North in Keresley, less than five miles from Coventry.

When complete, the new housing development, named The Croft, will deliver 171 new homes, with 15 house designs to choose from, including two, three, four and five bedroom homes.

Construction is currently underway on the new homes, with the development due to officially open to the public on 11th January 2025. This will coincide with the opening of two show homes, including a four bedroom ‘The Cypress’ home and three bedroom, ‘The Hazel’, house type.

Ahead of the opening, Lioncourt Homes has released the first two, three and four bedroom homes for sale, with prices starting from £295,000.

Lioncourt Homes will also be launching its first ‘Behind The Build’ technical hub at The Croft, designed to give visitors a unique oppor go behind-the-scenes and understand what goes into building a new home; from first fix through to build completion. As well as being able to see the high quality craftsmanship of Lioncourt Homes, future homeowners will also gain a valuable insight into how best to look after their new home once they move in.

The technical hub will  showcase the housebuilder’s commitment to delivering sustainable communities. Lioncourt Homes has included air source heat pumps, EV charging  points and smart meters within the new homes at The Croft, with solar panels available as an optional extra, exceeding current building requirements.

The new homes at The Croft are situated within walking distance from Keresley village, including outstanding primary and secondary schools, local pubs and shops, while also being just a 10 minute drive away from Coventry city centre.
