LIONCOURT HOMES LAUNCHES NEW DEVELOPMENT WITH WORCESTER-INSPIRED SHOW HOME

Multi award-winning housebuilder, Lioncourt Homes, has opened the doors to its show home at Martley Fields, marking the release of the first homes for sale and the official launch of the new development.

Located on the edge of the village of Martley, just eight miles from the city of Worcester, Martley Fields offers a range of two, three, four and five bedroom homes, with 11 different house designs for future homeowners to choose from. There will also be three additional house types available under the government’s First Homes scheme, whereby eligible first time buyers are able to purchase a property for 30-50% less than its market value.

Taking inspiration from the local area, the four bedroom ‘The Cypress’ show home features themes and colours from Worcester County Cricket Club, as well as the flora and fauna associated with the Malvern Hills.

Colin Cole, Chief Executive at Worcester-based Lioncourt Homes, said: “We are incredibly passionate about our new homes at Martley Fields and have spent a long time designing various house types that work with the modern lifestyle and allow homeowners to maximise and enjoy their home. Our new show home perfectly showcases our approach to the design; highlighting our dedication to both quality and style, as well as our love of the local area.”

With four double bedrooms, one with an ensuite, a large open plan kitchen, dining and family room, separate living room, utility and a dedicated home office, The Cypress show home has been designed with the modern family in mind.

In addition to the show home, Lioncourt Homes has also unveiled a three bedroom view home, The Ash.

Colin continued: “We are very much looking forward to showing potential homeowners around Martley Fields to get a feel of what life could be like living here.”

As part of its commitment to delivering sustainable communities, Lioncourt Homes has included air source heat pumps, EV charging  points and smart meters within the new homes, with solar panels available as an optional extra, exceeding current building requirements.

Martley Fields will also include a vast area of green, open space, including new walking routes. Family friendly, the new homes are located within walking distance of Martley Primary School and the sought-after Chantry Secondary School, as well as the local play area, skate park and sports pitches.

In total, Martley Fields will deliver 83 homes, with the first homeowners expected to move into their new home early next year (2025). The new show home and view home at Martley Fields are now open seven days a week, from 10am to 5.30pm. Prices at Martley Fields start from £315,000 for a two bedroom home.
