Work has officially begun on a new development in Leigh Sinton that will deliver 52 new homes in the heart of Worcestershire.
Award-winning homebuilder Lioncourt Homes is furthering its delivery of high-quality homes in the county, adding to its portfolio of sustainable, expertly-designed developments in Rushwick and Martley.
Named The Hamlet, the development sits off the A4103 in the village centre, consisting of detached, semi-detached and terraced homes designed and built to the highest possible standard.
Earlier this year, Lioncourt Homes secured a five-star customer satisfaction rating from the Home Builders’ Federation (HBF) for the 11th consecutive year.
The scheme will provide 37 homes through the open market and 15 affordable homes through social rent and shared ownership, along with an S106 contributions of over £350,000 to the local area. A large proportion will contribute towards education and school transport, with community transport, the local NHS provision, and public spaces all funded.
This contribution will see surrounding areas within the local community transformed into sport/recreational facilities, children’s play areas, parks, gardens, allotments and cemeteries.
The Hamlet will offer a variety of two, three, four, and five-bedroom properties, with construction set to be complete in 2027.
