Here at Foxwood Place, we’re offering a selection of Self Build homes that give you greater choice over the layout, specification and finish of your new home.
We’ll build the external shell of your home and complete the external works, including the driveway, paths, fencing and garage (where applicable). We’ll also bring drainage and mains services for water, electricity and gas into the shell.
Inside, the home will be left unfinished, ready for you to shape around your needs and preferences. Other than load-bearing walls, it won’t include internal partitions, insulation, pipework, wiring, windows, doors or internal finishes. You’ll then be able to work with your chosen professionals and contractors to complete your home, subject to current building regulations and any necessary approvals.
It’s an opportunity to have a much greater say in how your home looks and works for you, while we take care of the main structure and external works. Contact us for more details.
