RESERVED MATTERS PLANNING PROPOSALS
LAND NORTH OF REBECCA ROAD
Lioncourt Homes Ltd and Touch Developments Ltd are working in partnership and are preparing a Reserved Matters planning application, following approval of the Outline permission for ‘the erection of up to 105 residential dwellings with all matters reserved with the exception of access, including open space, landscaping, drainage and associated works.’
Background to Applicants
Lioncourt Homes are a Worcestershire based housebuilder who specialise in developing new homes, focusing on producing quality developments that are designed to a high standard. Our high standard of housebuilding is consistently recognised by our customers, and we have been awarded the House Building Federation 5 Star Award for the last eleven consecutive years.
Touch Developments have experience in both residential and mixed-use sites from identification through to delivery. They specialise in land promotion predominantly in the Midlands and South and work in the interests of landowners.
