Following the approval of Outline consent (W/23/01323/OUT, relevant Appeal Reference: APP/H1840/W/24/3346731), Lioncourt Homes Ltd are preparing the Reserved Matters application for residential development on land at Dilmore Lane, Fernhill Heath.

The Outline consent approved the access into the site and established the principle of the development, which should include 40% affordable homes and 40% of the site should be retained as open space. We are in the process of preparing a Reserved Matters planning application for up to 130 dwellings which will include details of the layout, scale and appearance of the dwellings, including materials and boundary treatments.
Detailed landscaping plans will also be provided for each plot and the open space areas.
