‘Never new build’ family won over by slower pace of life at Lioncourt Homes development in Worcestershire

A family who said they would never have bought a new-build home have done exactly that, after being drawn in by Lioncourt Homes’ development in Worcestershire.

Adele, 35, and Matthew, 38 from Stourbridge, moved into a three-bedroom semi-detached home at Martley Fields in Martley, with their two children: Florence, aged two, and Louie, who was just a few weeks old when the family completed their move.

Adele said: “If I could have packed up our old house and moved it with us, I would have done. We loved where we lived, so moving was never going to be an easy decision.

On their new home, Adele added: “The layout is perfect for us and we’re so happy to be here. We still hope to buy our forever home on the development one day, but we knew we wanted to become part of this community.
