Our Story

The Lioncourt Group is unique within the house building industry and we are very proud to be distinctly different. It is our culture, focus on quality and success that inspires all employees in the Lioncourt Group to deliver exceptional performance.

Throughout our 18 years in operation, we have made massive strides to grow the business and have also been nimble on our feet to quickly adapt to changing market conditions.

Lioncourt Homes is one of only a handful of UK home builders to have achieved HBF 5-star for 9 consecutive years.

Lioncourt Strategic Land

Lioncourt Strategic Land Limited is a Division of Lioncourt Group, we identify, secure and promote residential-led development opportunities.  Smaller sites, typically up to 150 plots, are held under option agreements for transfer to our parent company, Lioncourt Homes.  Larger sites (which make up the bulk of our portfolio) are held under promotion agreements for sale on the open market once outline planning permission has been obtained.

Approximately 90% of our current portfolio has the benefit of a draft allocation in Local Plans or better.  We now need to bring on board an enthusiastic planner for the next chapter of our journey to help find and promote new opportunities while also having the opportunity to gain experience with our current sites.
