Adrian has over 25 years experience in construction management. He graduated from Brookes University, Oxford with an HND in Building Studies and initially worked for Wates in London, where he was responsible for directly controlling site construction operations.
Following 9 years of hands on experience with Wates, Adrian moved to Westbury Homes where he progressed from Site Manager to Construction Director. During his 16 years with Westbury Homes he also held the positions of Customer Relations Manager and Contracts Manager and has a keen interest in construction techniques and is passionate about building quality homes and delivering excellent customer service.
He has had a broad range of construction management experience involving traditional house building, social housing, refurbishment, inner city apartment schemes, and various aspects of modern methods of construction (MMC).
During his career he has achieved numerous NHBC Pride in the Job Awards as Site Manager, Contracts Manager and Construction Director, emphasising his approach to controlling the quality of build.
