Lioncourt Homes has recently begun construction at Orchards Walk, a charming new development located in the village of Harvington, Evesham. The on-site marketing suite will be opening towards the end of June, with the first homes anticipated to be ready for occupation by the end of the year.

Orchards Walk can be found in the village of Harvington, 4 miles from Evesham. The development will consist of 35 homes presented in 11 different designs. Customers will be able to choose from 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes – including detached and semi-detached houses as well as bungalows.

The development is surrounded by idyllic countryside, with the picturesque River Avon nearby – offering a perfect setting for those who enjoy the great outdoors. Orchards Walk is also ideally situated on both the Worcestershire and Warwickshire borders, providing excellent transport links with Evesham and Stratford-on-Avon.

Lioncourt Homes is a Worcestershire-based home building company, building homes of outstanding quality in desirable locations throughout the UK. The company has received the five-star rating in the Home Builders Federation customer satisfaction survey for eight consecutive years, an impressive achievement which reflects the exceptional quality and service delivered to customers.

Lioncourt Homes Chief Executive, Colin Cole, commented:

“We’re thrilled to have begun work on this outstanding new development in the desirable village of Harvington.

Orchards Walk offers prospective homebuyers a great mix of homes in a wonderful, rural setting. The market town of Evesham is just a short car journey away, offering various amenities including a great selection of shops, leisure facilities, restaurants and schools.

All aspects of this development have been carefully considered, to ensure we are offering a lifestyle that will suit potential purchasers. I believe our plans for extensive woodland planting and a green open space will enhance the beauty of this wonderful area.”
