Two members of Lioncourt team shortlisted for award

Worcestershire-based housebuilder Lioncourt Homes are delighted for two employees who have been shortlisted for an award at the Midlands Residential Property Awards 2022.

Abi Gooderham, Senior Engineer and Dan Rawlings, Senior Design Coordinator, are two of four finalists in the Emerging Property Person of the Year category. The award is open to anyone under the age of 35 who is based in the region and works in a residential property company.

Abi joined Lioncourt in 2019 as an Assistant Engineer after working at Persimmon and Hayfield Homes. Her hard work on various challenging tasks, such as the regeneration project at Oldbury, has been an asset to the technical team. Dan has worked at Lioncourt since 2017, having gained 5 years of architectural experience prior to this. His lateral, logical way of thinking shown on technically challenging projects has helped achieve the goals and ambitions of the company.

Liz Macklin, HR Manager, commented:

“I am thrilled that Dan and Abi have been shortlisted for this award.

It has been incredibly rewarding in recent years to see them grow with the company – personally and professionally. They have both shown enthusiasm and dedication in the incredible work they have done, working across a number of different projects. I am extremely proud to nominate them for this award.

Lioncourt are delighted to have two nominees in the Emerging Property Person of the Year category and we wish both Dan and Abi all of the best for Thursday!”
