Lioncourt Homes Site Manager Scoops Regional Pride in the Job Award

Lioncourt Homes, Senior Site Manager, Mark Follos, has been crowned Regional Winner at the West NHBC Pride in the Job Awards which took place at the ICC in Birmingham on Friday evening. Mark was also awarded a ‘Seal of Excellence’ for his development at The Paddocks in Priorslee and will now go forward to the National Final in London in January 2023.

The NHBC Pride in the Job Awards celebrate site managers who have achieved the very highest standards in homebuilding across the UK. It is the most highly regarded competition in the house-building industry and the most prestigious benchmark for exceptional site managers.

Mark has a great pedigree within the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards having now secured two ‘Seal of Excellence Awards’ and three ‘Quality Awards’ in recent years. Mark has been expertly assisted by Assistant Site Manager, Ben Hingley who has been instrumental to the high standards achieved on their development.
