Lioncourt Homes Site Manager Receives National Runner-up Award

Lioncourt Homes’ Senior Site Manager, Mark Follos, has been named runner-up at the National NHBC Pride in the Job Supreme Awards in London on Friday evening.

Mark, who manages The Paddocks development in Priorslee, Telford, with Assistant Site Manager Ben Hingley, was a national finalist for the Medium Housebuilder category at the awards, following winning the Regional Award in September for the West Region.

These prestigious awards recognise the finest site managers throughout the UK – those registered with the NHBC are automatically entered into the competition, with just 450 winners being selected from around 10,000 entrants, showing how challenging they are to win.

Mark emerged from all of this competition to be the national runner up.

Lioncourt Group Chief Executive, Colin Cole, commented, “I am delighted for both Mark and Ben to have received this fantastic recognition for our development in Priorslee.

Given the scale of the competition, we are a relatively small team at Lioncourt and to receive recognition at a national awards ceremony, in which there were around 10,000 entrants, I think is a testament to the team at The Paddocks and the whole Lioncourt Group.

As a company, we continually strive to achieve the very highest standards we can across our developments for the benefit of our customers – I feel this award reflects this.”

Senior Site Manager, Mark Follos, commented, “It is an honour to have received this award from the NHBC – The Paddocks is a site I am extremely proud to say I work on.

My team take great pride in what they do and work extremely hard to ensure the homes we build meet the highest possible standards. This award recognises our commitment and dedication shown in the work we do.”
