Lioncourt Homes secures the HBF five-star customer satisfaction rating for the ninth consecutive year

Lioncourt Homes has secured the highly coveted five-star customer satisfaction rating from independent industry body The Home Builders Federation (HBF) for the ninth successive year.

The HBF annual survey is one of the most comprehensive, large-scale surveys of its type carried out in the UK. It has been designed to provide home buyers with information about developers and to encourage excellent levels of customer service to be delivered by home builders.

The scheme, launched in 2005, awards housebuilders stars for customer satisfaction based on customer feedback in an independent National New Homes Survey. Since participating in the scheme Lioncourt Homes has consistently been awarded the five-star accolade, meaning that over 90% of those asked would recommend the company to a friend.

Colin Cole, CEO, Lioncourt Homes said: “We are incredibly proud to have retained the HBF five-star quality rating for the ninth successive year. Delivering exceptional service throughout the customer journey is at the forefront of everything we do. To achieve an award as a result of positive feedback from our customers is particularly special and endorses the exceptional standards and commitment shown by the whole team at Lioncourt.

Stewart Baseley, Executive Chairman of the Home Builders Federation (HBF) said: “Providing a customer experience that results in 90% of consumers recommending you is a fantastic achievement. The fact that industry has achieved a score of 90% or more over successive years reflects the continued commitment to and investment in delivering a high level of customer service.

“Homebuilders remain focused on improving the experience of customers. The creation of an independent New Homes Ombudsman and robust Consumer Code will support this drive, leading to increased quality and service standards across the board.”

Lioncourt Homes is currently offering a wide range of homes from one-bedroom apartments to luxury five-bedroom family homes situated in Staffordshire, Shropshire, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, West Midlands, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
