Following the latest Government update for the housing industry, we are pleased to advise our construction sites, marketing suites and show homes are still open.

The health, safety and welfare of our customers, employees and contractors remain our overriding priority, therefore visits will be by appointment only.

We have comprehensive social distancing measures in place, in line with Government guidelines, across all of our developments to allow you to safely visit us with complete peace of mind.


We are here to help new and existing customers

Please call us to book your 1-2-1 appointment. We look forward to safely welcoming you to our developments.

We also continue to take new sales enquiries and reservations through our website, supported by our friendly and dedicated sales and marketing team. In addition, the directors and senior managers of Lioncourt are also available at any time to help serve you better and to assist with any problems or questions that you may have.

Customers who have bought a Lioncourt home and about to move in

If you are a customer who has recently purchased a Lioncourt home, but have not yet moved in, we want to assure you that we are doing all we can to ensure that your move in day goes as smoothly as possible. Our sales team will be in contact with you to make the appropriate arrangements and our site managers are on hand to arrange for the key release and for the move into your new home. Clearly your move in day will be affected by the COVID-19 safety measures that we have had to introduce. We will keep you updated and informed directly through our build and sales teams.

Customers already living in a Lioncourt home

For customers already living in a Lioncourt home, we will continue to provide the best after care we can. However, it may be the case that we will take longer to respond to your requests than normal due to the restrictions now placed upon us and also the fact that you may not want workmen in your home in these uncertain times. I want you to know that we remain absolutely committed to resolve any issues that you may have and we will continue to prioritise emergencies. You have emergency numbers in your welcome pack.
