Find a new home from Lioncourt
Regency Walk is a prestigious new development of delightfully designed and traditionally built homes located at the southern gateway to the Cotswolds. There is a superb choice of three, four and five bedroom new homes on offer, carefully designed with extensive use of natural stone and slate to blend in with traditional Cotswold architecture.
Situated amidst beautiful countryside on the eastern edge of Tetbury, Regency Walk is perfectly placed to enjoy all that this historic town has to offer.
Tetbury, which can trace its history back to 681 when Tetta’s Monastery was mentioned in a charter by King Ethelred of Mercia, was an important market town for the Cotswolds’ wool trade and the town centre is still dominated by the splendid pillared Market House, built in 1655.
The town has a wonderful variety of shops and awide choice of tea shops, bistros, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Many businesses hold the Royal Warrant and bear the heraldic badge of the Prince of Wales, who’s family residence, Highgrove, is located just to the south west of the town. Tetbury is almost equidistant from both the M4 and M5 motorways, putting Regency Walk just over 9 miles from junction 17 of the M4 and 10 miles to junction 13 of the M5. The nearest train station is around seven miles away in Kemble.
There is a regular direct service to London Paddington with a journey time of around 1 hour 20 minutes and direct trains to Cheltenham, taking around an hour.
The town has a range of good schools, including St Mary’s Church of England VA Primary School, and the Sir William Romney’s Secondary School.

Using your existing home in part exchange is the easiest way to buy your new Lioncourt home. This scheme makes it easy for you to move and all your key moving costs are taken care of by us. Our aim is to make you a firm offer for your home in just 7 days. Here’s how it works:
Help to Buy is an equity loan scheme funded by the Government through the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA). The scheme is designed to make new build homes available to purchasers (not just first time buyers) with financial assistance from the government.
The Help to Buy product will be available to eligible purchasers and offers a maximum 20% equity loan (minimum 10%) on new build properties up to a maximum purchase price of £600,000. The equity loan will be made by the HCA to the purchaser; there is no house builder contribution.
Lioncourt Homes has an allocation of funds available to purchasers under the Help to Buy Scheme. This scheme will run until 2021. For further information please see www.helptobuy.org.uk.
