Lioncourt Homes has two schemes designed to make it easy to sell your existing home.
We will consider either purchasing your existing home through our Part Exchange Scheme or selling it through our Home Mover Scheme.
Whichever scheme is appropriate to you we will take the hassle out of moving home and in addition the service we offer is completely free. You have everything to gain and nothing to lose.

Using your existing home in part exchange is the easiest way to buy your new
Lioncourt home. This scheme makes it easy for you to move and all your key
moving costs are taken care of by us. Our aim is to make you a firm offer in
just 7 days. Here’s how it works:
- Select your new Lioncourt home
- We will arrange independent professional valuations of your existing property
- The valuations will be discussed with you and a purchase price agreed, subject to survey
- Once agreement is reached, you will be able to pay the reservation fee to reserve your Lioncourt home and we will then progress with the sale
- Finally we will instruct an Estate Agent to market your existing property and liaise with you in respect of viewings.
The Home Mover Scheme has been designed to sell your existing property, so
that you are able to move into your new Lioncourt home as quickly as possible.
Here’s how it works:
- Select your new Lioncourt home
- We will arrange independent professional valuations of your existing property and agree with you the sales price. You are then able to pay the reservation fee and reserve your Lioncourt home
- We will then instruct an Estate Agent to market your existing property at the agreed price and liaise with you in respect of viewings
- When the sale of your property is agreed and contracts exchanged we will be responsible for all Estate Agent fees
- If your property is not sold within the specified time period (initially 6 weeks, subject to review thereafter) either party can choose to withdraw from the transaction. You will not be responsible for any Estate Agent fees.

Lioncourt Homes can also offer a number of options to assist first time
buyers or purchasers with little or no deposit. There are two schemes which may be available to you:
HomeBuy Direct and Lioncourt Shared Equity Scheme
We are one of the developers who have been invited to participate in The HomeBuy Direct
scheme. An equity loan of up to 30% of the property value will be available, co-funded by
the government and us, the developer. This loan is free of charge for five years and can be treated as
your deposit by the mortgage lenders.
The loan must be repaid on the sale of the property. For further information and how to apply,

Lioncourt Homes will fund between 10% and 25% of the value of your new home. This means
you can own 100% of your home for as little as 75% of the price. The loan may also be treated
as your deposit by your mortgage lender. The Shared Equity scheme results in reduced monthly mortgage
payments while you maintain sole ownership of your property. The loan is interest free and
can be repaid anytime within 10 years of completion or on the sale of the property.
