Lioncourt Homes has created a modern and efficient house type portfolio incorporating practical solutions for today’s lifestyle. We offer a flexible range of properties from 1 bedroom apartments and starter homes to 5 bedroom executive family homes. Every house and apartment has been thoughtfully created to provide impressive and stylish living space, generous storage solutions and aspirational kitchen and bathroom layouts. All properties have the latest building technologies integrated into the design which is part of our drive to provide energy efficient homes and value for money. With such a versatile house type range Lioncourt can offer our customers the exclusive ability to “design their own home”. This service enables customers to make non structural changes such as internal room sizes, kitchen layouts and bathroom arrangements (subject to stage of build).

Specification

Lioncourt has four levels of house type specification:

Apartment Range – specification exclusive to apartments and coach houses

Premier Range – specification designed for smaller houses and starter homes

Deluxe Range – enhanced specification for larger family homes

Executive Range – highest level of specification for luxury homes.

All ranges include an exceptionally high level of specification incorporating high quality brands such as Hotpoint appliances, Symphony kitchens, Porcelanosa ceramic tiling, Ideal Standard sanitaryware and Mira showers.
