Lioncourt Homes build quality homes in the Midlands and Central England
and is led by an experienced team of senior executives all of whom were formerly with
the Westbury Group. Together, our management team has nearly 100 years experience in the house building industry, with direct experience of the current housing market throughout the UK.
Our company has significant growth aspirations which are supported by available funds to purchase new sites. We are actively pursuing development opportunities in the Midlands and Central England.

Management Team
The Lioncourt Homes management team has been carefully assembled to cover
all aspects of the new homes business.
It is our aim to provide quality homes at an affordable price while delivering
excellent customer service.
Colin Cole Chief Executive

Prior to joining Lioncourt Homes, Colin was an Executive Director and Divisional
Chairman of Westbury plc, one of the largest housebuilders in the UK, with specific
responsibilities for operational activities.
Colin joined Westbury in 1984 and was involved in the Management buyout of Westbury
Homes in 1985, the flotation on the London Stock Exchange in 1986, all four of the
company acquisitions together with the sale of Westbury plc to Persimmon plc in 2006
for circa £950 million including debt.
As an Executive director of Westbury Colin was also a member of the Homes Board, the
largest division in the Group, and the Land Investment Committee which was responsible
for approving all land purchases and sales for the Group. In addition he was Chairman of
the Westbury Health & Safety Committee and Chairman of the Westbury Direct business
responsible for the sale of home related products and services.
Colin also holds two non-executive director roles with NHBC Building Control Services
and Rockwool Limited

Neil Chandler Finance & Commercial Director

Before joining Lioncourt Homes, Neil was the Deputy Group Finance Director and Company
Secretary of Westbury plc. As well as fulfilling the technical and corporate governance
responsibilities of his role, he maintained a close focus on the operations of Westbury Homes,
the largest company in the group, both as a member of the Executive Directors Team and
through the 9 Regional Finance Directors. He was also a member of the Group Land
Investment Committee which reviewed and approved all regional land purchases.
As part of the Prowting Acquisition Team in 2002, he was responsible for the financial
integration of the acquisition into the group and played a key role in the refinancing of the
group to secure the acquisition and support the future growth of the group. He played a
key role in securing a €235m US private placement for the group in 2003 and a £150m
joint venture with the Bank of Scotland in 2004.
Neil joined Westbury in 1981 and prior to his group appointment in 2002 was a Regional
Finance Director for 9 years in the Northampton region and 4 years in the Southern region,
with specific focus on land appraisal, commercial and business planning issues.

Adrian Cosh Construction Director

Adrian has over 25 years experience in construction management. He graduated from
Brookes University, Oxford with an HND in Building Studies and initially worked for Wates
in London, where he was responsible for directly controlling site construction operations.
Following 9 years of hands on experience with Wates, Adrian moved to Westbury Homes
where he progressed from Site Manager to Construction Director. During his 16 years with
Westbury Homes he also held the positions of Customer Relations Manager and Contracts
Manager and has a keen interest in construction techniques and is passionate about
building quality homes and delivering excellent customer service.
He has had a broad range of construction management experience involving traditional
housebuilding, social housing, refurbishment, inner city apartment schemes, and
various aspects of modern methods of construction (MMC). He also has significant
experience of the health and safety aspects of construction activities and holds the
Planning Supervisor qualification.
During his career he has achieved 8 NHBC Pride in the Job Awards as Site Manager,
Contracts Manager and Construction Director, emphasising his approach to controlling
the quality of build.

Matt Underwood Commercial Manager

Matt graduated from The University of the West of England in 2000 with a BSc (Hons)
in Building Surveying and has more than eight years of commercial surveying and
buying experience.
Matt joined Westbury Homes Central Region in 2000 as a Costing Surveyor and
progressed to Senior Surveyor and Commercial Manager respectively. During this
time Matt was heavily involved with the development of the Space4 prefabricated
system build and integration of the new Renaissance Range of house types. Matt has
an established knowledge in different methods of construction having managed
projects including natural stone cottages in the Cotswolds, barn conversions in
Malvern and large flatted developments in Worcester, Oxford and Cheltenham.
Following the acquisition of Westbury Homes Matt was employed as the Surveying
Manager for Westbury Partnerships a newly formed trading division of Persimmon
Homes that specialised in Social Housing. As part of the new role Matt was involved
with establishing the new business and implementing new systems and procedures
to work with Local Authorities and Employers Agents.
